The Postgraduate Programme “School Management and Lifelong Learning” aims to train specialised scientists, researchers, trainers, teachers and executives of formal and non-formal education, so that they can contribute to the development of scientific research and the promotion of scientific knowledge in the fields of School Management and Development, Adult Education and Lifelong Learning.

The aim of the course is the production and dissemination of scientific knowledge in the field of school management and development, as well as the promotion of the professional development of postgraduate students, so that they are able to meet the requirements of the modern school, either as teachers or as administrators in public and private education.
The aim of the course is to provide high quality postgraduate education on the theoretical approaches of Adult Education and its practical applications, as well as the training of specialized Adult Educators who will be able to effectively staff the structures of formal and non-formal education.
