The achievement of the above presupposes the effective use of all the resources available to the MTF (e.g. human resources, services), along with the continuous monitoring of progress in the framework of the strategy it has chosen. It is therefore a continuous process, whereby the MTP will address challenges and opportunities in order to formulate and implement appropriate plans to achieve its objectives.
